Hi I am Jigna

I am Jigna Fadia, and have been a student of yoga since childhood and love my practice. Since 2014, I have taught yoga and breathing meditations in a wide variety of settings - from studios to collaborative community spaces,medical and mental health facilities.

I met Mar Jean Olson in 2007 and was inspired to complete the 750-hour Teacher Training and 250-hour Graduate Teacher Training program at Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto, Ontario, facilitated by Tama Soble and Monica Voss. My passion to continue learning and exploring different traditions lead me to practice and explore the Zen tradition under Edward Espe Brown, Breathing and Pranayama with iRest® Yoga Nidra under guidance of Richard Miller, Stephanie Lopez. Reiki & DWD under guidance of Dale Ann Grey, Marcia Miller and Linda Oshins.

Jigna met the clients where they were at and offered a group that kept clients engaged week after
week. Client felt comfortable sharing and joining weekly. Very creative in offering clients a
group that would be successful on a busy unit.
