Jigna is an experienced teacher and student of yoga and mindfulness. She is also a certified iRest® teacher. She enjoys every moment of the practice on and beyond her mat. She has traveled extensively in India and Western countries exploring the blend of East and West. She brings a unique quality with her mindfulness and yoga explorations which can be explored safely in the comfort of your personal space anywhere anytime. The practice of aging gracefully requires consistency of like minded people who work towards practicing skillful means of living a happy and healthy life.
